Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and oversee day-to-day manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality

standards.

• Establish and implement quality culture activities across the manufacturing floor.
• Maintain and regularly update the skills and competence matrix for operational staff.
• Prepare and manage quality control documentation, ensuring compliance with internal and

external requirements.

• Coordinate and manage the training and qualification programs for production and quality teams.
• Track and control engineering and process changes, ensuring proper documentation and

implementation.

• Conduct internal process audits to identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Manage the defect material handling process, including root cause analysis and CAPA (Corrective

and Preventive Action) implementation.

• Collaborate with senior management in addressing customer complaints and preparing 8D reports.
• Prepare, organize, and publish weekly/monthly quality performance reports.
• Manage annual training plans and ensure execution as per the training calendar.

Requirements

• B. Tech/ B.E. - EEE (Electrical and Electronics Engineering) /ECE ( Electronics and

Communication Engineering)/ Instrumentation

• 0-3 years of experience in a quality role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Quality Tools - 7 QC Tools, 8D Methodology,

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools - Excel (Data analysis, reporting), PowerPoint (Presentation

preparation), Word (Documentation and report writing)
