Key Performance Area:

Responsible for the upkeep, troubleshooting, and reliability of plant electrical systems, including machinery, utility equipment, control panels, and distribution systems Ensure maximum equipment uptime through systematic preventive maintenance and timely breakdown support Adhere to electrical safety standards and ensure compliance across the plant Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance activities with the maintenance team Drive improvement initiatives for power quality, energy efficiency, and compliance Ensure uptime, efficiency, and reliability of all plant mechanical equipment and utilities Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on machines such as extruders, braiders, compressors, chillers, and material handling systems Conduct hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis for mechanical and electrical issues Implement engineering solutions to enhance machine performance and reduce downtime Support production targets by maintaining optimal equipment performance
