Key Performance Area:

Ensuring uptime, reliability, and efficient operation of all plant electrical and mechanical systems. Executing preventive maintenance for machinery, utilities, control panels, and distribution systems. Providing timely breakdown support to minimize downtime and maintain production continuity. Performing hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis for both electrical and mechanical issues. Improving equipment performance through corrective actions and engineering solutions. Supporting planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance activities with the team. Ensuring adherence to electrical safety standards and compliance requirements. Maintaining power quality and supporting energy-efficiency improvement initiatives. Carrying out maintenance on key equipment like extruders, braiders, compressors, chillers, and material-handling systems. Contributing to continuous improvement efforts to reduce downtime and enhance equipment reliability.
