Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior engineers in daily construction activities.
Supervise site work as per drawings and instructions.
Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and workers.
Monitor material usage and site requirements.
Ensure quality standards and basic safety practices at site.
Prepare daily site reports and progress updates.
Assist in measurements, billing, and documentation.
Eligibility / Qualifications:
B.Tech / Diploma / ITI
in Civil Engineering or related trade.
Fresher or up to 1-2 years of construction site experience.
Basic understanding of construction methods and materials.
Willingness to work at site locations.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
