Assist senior engineers in day-to-day site activities
Monitor site work progress and ensure adherence to drawings and specifications
Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and vendors
Prepare basic reports, measurements, and documentation
Ensure safety standards and quality guidelines are followed at site
Support material planning and site inspections
Requirements
B.Tech / Diploma in Engineering (Civil or relevant discipline)
0-1 year of experience (Freshers encouraged to apply)
Basic knowledge of construction practices and site operations
Willingness to work at project sites
Good communication and teamwork skills
Eagerness to learn and adapt
