Job Description

We are seeking a highly meticulous and detail -o riented Junior Engineer to join our Industrial Engineering department. This role is pivotal in managing and maintaining the core manufacturing data within our SAP system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the accurate creation and maintenance of Material Masters, Bills of Materials (BOMs), Routings, and Work Centers. This position ensures the integrity of our master data, which is essential for accurate production planning, scheduling, and costing.

Key Responsibilities

Material Master (MM01):

o Create, extend, and maintain material master data for new and existing parts raw materials, semi -finished goods, and finished goods).

Ensure all material master views (e.g., MRP, Work Scheduling, Costing) are accurately populated and maintained.

Bill of Materials (CS01):

Create and maintain single -level and multi -level Bills of Materials (BOMs)based on engineering drawings and specifications.o Manage BOM changes in coordination with the Engineering (R&D) and Production departments, ensuring correct component structures and quantities.

Routing (CA01):

o Develop, create, and maintain production routings, defining the sequence of operations, standard times, and required resources for manufacturing processes.o Update routings to reflect process improvements, new machinery, or engineering changes.

Work Center (CR01/CR02):

o Create and maintain work center data, including capacities, scheduling parameters, and cost center assignments.Ensure work center data aligns with actual production capabilities and costing

Data Integrity & Support:

o Perform regular audits of SAP master data to ensure accuracy and consistency.o Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain teams to resolve any data discrepancies.o Support the Industrial Engineering team with data extraction and analysis for continuous improvement projects.

Education:

Diploma or bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering,Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related technical field.

Experience:

3 to 5 years of hands -o n experience in a manufacturing industry.

SAP Proficiency:

Proven experience and in -depth knowledge of the following SAP T -Codes and modules:o Material Master (MM01)o Bill of Materials (CS01)o Routing (CA01)o Work Center (CR01 / CR02)

Skills:

o Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

o Strong analytical and problem -solving skills

.o Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

o Proficient in MS Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
