Experience : 1-2 Year Job Location : Halol Department : RFQ (Design Department) Qualification : BE (Mechanical)

Minimum exp for Nature of Work

+ Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes which apply on sheet metal


+ Knowledge of Welding process and relevant Standard


+ Knowledge of Mechanical joining and relevant Standard


+ Knowledge of Surface treatment and relevant Standard


+ Knowledge of Drawing reading understanding


+ Knowledge of CAD software preferable Solid edge and Auto CAD


+ Able to manage Internal communication

Job Profile / Responsibility

+ Accountable for status update to Team leader and RFQ In charge.


+ Ensure timely delivery of engineering deliverables for RFQ.


+ Jointly check process manufacturing feasibility


+ Trial to be taken for verification process feasibility (If require)


+ Troubleshooting of problems raise by shop floor


+ Preparation of Costing BOM and Manufacturing BOM


+ Preparation of DXFs, Snap BOM and others deliverables.


+ Preparation of 3d modeling and 2d drafting


+ Editing of PDF drawing (received by customer) for product


+ Preparation of consolidated procurement item list in RFQ


+ To be follow RFQ process flow and its mechanism


+ To be follow for data management mechanism


+ Attending training session for skill enhancement


+ Prepration deliverables of process and drawing change management


+ Preparation deliverables for tooling, transport and packing
