Pramukh Omkar Group is looking for a dedicated and site-oriented Junior Civil Engineer to support execution and supervision of residential/commercial construction projects in Gandhinagar. The candidate will be responsible for on-site coordination, quality control, and assisting senior engineers in smooth project execution.
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site activities as per drawings and specifications
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams
Ensure work execution as per safety, quality, and project timelines
Assist in quantity estimation, measurements, and material planning
Monitor material usage and reduce wastage on site
Prepare daily site reports and progress updates
Support senior engineers and project managers in execution work
Ensure compliance with company standards and site discipline
Handle basic documentation and site records
Education Qualification
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience Required
Minimum 2 years of relevant site experience in construction projects
Experience in residential or commercial projects will be preferred
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials
Ability to read drawings and site layouts
Good coordination and communication skills
Willingness to work on-site and handle responsibilities independently
Knowledge of safety practices at site
