Role & Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day site execution work as per given drawings and instructions. Monitor site activities, junior staff, and contractor manpower to complete work on time. Identify site issues or delays in advance and discuss them with seniors. Guide and train contractors and workers on proper working methods. Prepare activity schedules and plan manpower, materials, and machinery accordingly. Check contractor bills regularly and update work progress in ERP. Ensure quality of work as per drawings, work orders, and company standards. Maintain daily work progress reports, manpower records, and site documents. Follow and implement all safety rules at site and ensure workers use safety gear. Coordinate with the safety officer and support safety audits and reviews. Maintain material records, avoid wastage, and help with material reconciliation and audits. Ensure site cleanliness and discipline at the assigned work area.
