Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Junior Engineer

to join our

Power Backup Solutions R&D Testing & Validation Team

. The role involves working on

inverters, solar on-grid, off-grid systems and other products verticals

, focusing on product reliability, lab maintenance, and supporting senior engineers in daily activities.

This position is ideal for candidates eager to develop hands-on skills in

electronics testing, validation, and PCB manufacturing processes

within a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in

testing and validation

of inverters, solar on-grid, and off-grid products. Maintain and operate

Reliability & Maintenance Lab

equipment. Support senior engineers with ongoing projects, experiments, and product validation tasks. Perform

PCB manufacturing-related work

, including soldering and de-soldering of electronic components. Set up test benches, fixtures, and measurement systems for product evaluation. Record and analyze

test readings

, and prepare test reports as per defined formats. Follow all

safety protocols

and maintain a clean and organized lab environment. Support troubleshooting of hardware issues under guidance from senior engineers.

Qualification:

ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Skills:

Testing, Soldering, and Laboratory Management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
