Job Description

• Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of CNC, VMC, and grinding machines to ensure smooth production operations.
• Handle shift-based responsibilities and attend to urgent machine and plant breakdowns to minimise downtime.
• Conduct PLC troubleshooting and support automation-related issue resolution.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs as per the maintenance schedule.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, breakdown root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with production and other internal teams to plan maintenance without affecting productivity.
• Drive Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine efficiency, reliability, and performance.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to maintenance standards and best practices.
• Basic understanding of Mechanical, Pneumatic, Electrical and Hydraulic systems
