Hiring for Junior Fit-Out Engineer / Junior Engineer

Salary Range: ₹30,000 - ?35,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)

Experience: 0-2 years of experience in construction or interior fit-out projects

Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Engineer to assist in the execution of interior fit-out projects. The ideal

candidate will support site activities, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and ensure that all works

are completed within timelines and quality standards. This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to

detail, and the ability to work effectively under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

? Assist in planning and execution of fit-out works, including partitions, flooring, painting, false

ceilings, etc.

? Supervise daily site activities and prepare progress reports.

? Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

? Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to safety and site standards.

? Support senior engineers in resolving on-site technical issues and challenges.

Qualifications

? Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil, Interior, or Mechanical Engineering

? Professional Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD preferred

Specific Skills

? Basic understanding of fit-out works and site execution

? Ability to read technical drawings and take accurate measurements

? Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
