Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the day-to-day supervision of construction activities on site.
Monitor work progress, ensure quality control, and support senior engineers.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for material and resource planning.
Maintain project documentation, site reports, and daily logs.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and support inspections.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
0-3 years of experience in building construction (internships are a plus).
Familiar with construction drawings, AutoCAD, and basic site practices.
Eager to learn, strong communication, and team-oriented attitude.
Basic understanding of structural and finishing work preferred.
