Position Title:

Junior Engineer - Quality (Civil)

1 to 3 years

Qualification:

Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Salary Range:

?18,000 - ?25,000 per month (based on experience & interview performance)

Reporting To:

Engineer - Quality (Civil)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine quality inspections at the site as per project quality plan and IS codes.

Assist in monitoring construction activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Perform basic material checks and assist in concrete sampling, slump testing, cube testing, etc.

Maintain quality inspection reports, checklists, and daily QA/QC logs.

Support the quality team in managing documentation, test reports, and certifications.

Coordinate with site execution teams to rectify quality-related issues.

Ensure proper storage and handling of construction materials.

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of QA/QC processes and construction standards.

Familiarity with IS codes, lab testing, and construction materials.

Strong attention to detail and documentation.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).

Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
