Job Description

Job Summary:

The Junior Civil Engineer will assist in planning, designing, and supervising construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge in civil engineering, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn and support senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing and reviewing project designs, drawings, and specifications. Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with designs and safety standards. Conduct site inspections and report progress to senior engineers. Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and material procurement. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders. Maintain project documentation, reports, and records. Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards. Provide technical support and problem-solving during project execution.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and design principles. Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and other engineering software. Good communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions accurately. Willingness to visit construction sites and work in field conditions
