Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer to support planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of senior engineers and project managers, assisting with technical tasks, site coordination, and documentation to ensure projects are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in supervising site activities to ensure work is completed on time and in accordance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate with contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth progress of work. Monitor material usage and maintain site records such as daily progress reports, material logs. Ensure that machinery and other movable assets are properly maintained and in optimal working condition. Assist with quality checks, measurements, and verification of completed work. Support in preparing site reports, documentation, and updates for senior engineers and project managers. Help identify and resolve basic engineering and construction issues Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental guidelines at all times. Participate in site meetings and relay relevant information to the team.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, or related field. 0-2 years of relevant site experience (freshers may apply). Basic knowledge of construction processes, drawings, materials and specifications. Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD.
