Job Description

:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will assist in supervising site activities, ensuring work quality, coordinating with contractors, and supporting the senior engineering team in day-to-day project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of construction activities at site

Supervise daily site work and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

Coordinate with site contractors, vendors, and suppliers

Maintain daily progress reports and documentation

Ensure compliance with structural drawings and specifications

Assist in quantity estimation, material management, and labor planning

Support site inspections and audits as required by the senior engineer or project manager

Requirements:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office

Strong understanding of construction methods and site safety

Good communication and team coordination skills

Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
