Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior Engineer to join our team. As a Junior Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers and contribute to the development of innovative projects. This role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic engineering environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior engineers to design and develop new products, systems, or solutions.
Conducting site visits and surveys to collect the data as per project requirements.
Creating detailed drawings, plans, and specifications of projects using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Preparing cost estimation and material requirements reports for specific projects.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to improve existing products or processes.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and technicians.
Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance engineering knowledge and skills.
Complete assigned tasks within established timelines and budgets while maintaining high-quality standards.
Monitoring work progress, quality, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
To manage the tools and inventories used in the project works.
To ensure safety measurement at site.

Technical Skills:

Problem-Solving:

Junior engineers will need to assess situations, identify problems, and propose solutions.

Analytical Thinking:

Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and make informed decisions.

Engineering Software Proficiency:

Familiarity with CAD software (like AutoCAD).

Technical Knowledge:

A solid understanding of engineering principles, concepts, and methodologies.

Attention to Detail:

Accuracy and precision are essential in engineering.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Civil or diploma Civil in a related field.
Should have 2 years of minimum experience at civil engineering.
