Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Junior Civil Engineer to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects. The role involves assisting senior engineers, supervising site activities, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and execution of civil works at the site. Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is as per drawings and specifications. Monitor contractors, labor, and material usage to ensure efficiency. Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and submit to the project manager. Assist in quality control checks, testing of materials, and ensuring safety protocols. Support in preparing BOQs, estimates, and work schedules. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and site staff for smooth execution. Report site issues and suggest corrective measures.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering. 0-2 years of experience (freshers can apply). Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office; knowledge of project management tools is a plus. Strong communication and team collaboration skills. Willingness to work on-site and adapt to project requirements.
