Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth workflow.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
Assist in estimation, BOQ preparation, and material management.
Maintain quality control and ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience
in industrial or infrastructure projects.
Good knowledge of RCC, finishing, and structural works.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project management tools.
Strong communication and team coordination skills.
