Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor building construction activities on-site Interpret architectural and structural drawings Ensure work quality by inspecting ongoing and completed construction Identify, report, and resolve on-site issues or discrepancies Conduct regular site visits and provide daily/weekly reports Prepare and maintain project documentation, including technical reports, drawings, and records

quantity surveying and preparation of estimates

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in building construction projects Proficient in

AutoCAD

,

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

, and basic

project management tools

Knowledge of

quantity surveying, cost estimation

, and BOQ preparation Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings, and site procedures Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative on-site Good communication and coordination abilities
