Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and technically sound

Junior Engineer

to support on-site construction activities. The role involves assisting in execution, measurement, coordination, and documentation while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the execution of civil works as per drawings and specifications. Coordinate day-to-day site activities under the guidance of Site Engineer or Project Manager. Track and report work progress, labour deployment, and material usage. Conduct layout work, level checking, and measurements. Ensure quality control and compliance with safety protocols at the site. Maintain daily site records including work logs, material receipts, and attendance. Support in preparing measurement sheets and contractor bills. Communicate effectively with vendors, contractors, and site workers. Assist during client visits, inspections, and audits.

Eligibility Criteria:

Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering (mandatory). 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in construction or site engineering roles. Basic knowledge of construction methods, civil materials, and site supervision. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents. Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and basic AutoCAD preferred. Strong communication and reporting skills.

Working Conditions:

6-day working week with rotational weekly off Full-time on-site role with project-based posting May involve extended working hours during project deadlines Travelling Involved

Remuneration:

Fixed Monthly Salary

inclusive of all statutory deductions
