Requirements

Junior Engineer- Male Minimum 2-4 years of experience Should have 2-wheeler with License Good English skill Experience in residential and/or commercial buildings Resume MUST have details of PROJECTS WORKED - like Project Type/Project Name/Project Size etc. Should have had job stability and worked in a company at least for 2 years Should be experienced in taking quantity from AutoCAD drawing and Excel Knowledge Technical knowledge in the construction processes. Coordinating with teams' members

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

:

1. Site Work and Execution

Follow up, supervise and ensure completion of work Have to follow instructions of project head and complete assigned tasks as instructed. Monitor daily operations, address any deviations promptly, and plan for the next day's work. Check quality, progress, safety, and cleanliness through regular site rounds. Check proper and timely testing, curing, record keeping, and other quality control procedures in ongoing works. Prepare Pour Card/Checklist, get signatures from Consultant/Client, and maintain proper filing. Follow instruction given by project head.

2. Scheduling, Planning & Coordination

Ensure that the schedule is communicated clearly to all vendors and subcontractors, keeping written records and group updates for timely execution.

3. Material & Resource Management

Ensure necessary materials, tools, and resources are available on-site and utilized efficiently to meet the schedule. Raise and track indents in coordination with the office at the right time to maintain progress.

4. Vendor, Labor, and Consultant Management

Ensure clear written communication with vendors and contractors regarding work requirements, timelines, and quality standards. Ensure that vendors and contractors adhere to the schedule, quality standards, and safety regulations. Follow up with vendors regularly to complete work/tasks in a timely manner. Approve or provide feedback on supplier and contractor bills after proper verification.

5. General Responsibilities

Be goal-oriented and complete work within the given time frame. Take ownership and accountability for work completion with efficiency and quality.
