Job Description

We are seeking

Electrical Engineers

to support and execute electrical engineering activities for large-scale

EPC projects

in the process industries. The role involves

design, engineering coordination, installation support, and commissioning

, depending on experience level.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Design & Engineering

Design electrical systems including

substations, switchgear, MCCs, transformers, and power distribution systems

Perform

power system studies

and ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes and standards Prepare

technical specifications, MTOs, and cost estimates

Review electrical drawings, layouts, and calculations for project compliance

Vendor & Procurement Support

Review

vendor drawings and technical documents

Support procurement activities including

technical bid evaluation and vendor coordination

Ensure materials and equipment meet project and statutory requirements

Project Execution & Site Support (Engineer role)

Supervise

installation, testing, and commissioning

of electrical systems Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform

root cause analysis (RCA)

Participate in

HAZOP studies, design reviews, and safety discussions

Coordinate with

multi-disciplinary teams

for integrated project execution Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers

Design & Documentation Support (Junior Engineer role)

Assist in preparation and review of

electrical drawings, specifications, and MTOs

Support senior engineers in

design coordination and documentation

Ensure adherence to

codes, standards, and project guidelines

Exposure primarily to

design, documentation, and engineering support activities

Required Skills & Knowledge

Electrical engineering design for

EPC projects

Knowledge of

LV/MV systems, substations, MCCs, transformers, and switchgear

Understanding of

power system studies and electrical safety standards

Ability to coordinate with

multi-disciplinary engineering teams

Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Electrical Engineering

Relevant experience in

Chemical / Petrochemical / Oil & Gas projects
