Key Responsibilities
Andrology Lab
Perform Semen Analysis (SA) and Sperm Freezing (SF)
Conduct procedures related to IUI preparation
Carry out DNA Fragmentation Index (DFI) testing
Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to protocols for all andrology procedures
Embryology & Lab Quality
Support routine embryology tasks under supervision
Maintain strict
QA/QC
standards in both embryo and andrology labs
Monitor lab equipment, maintain logs, and ensure calibration
Adhere to aseptic techniques, lab safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements
Assist senior embryologists in clinical embryology workflows as needed
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Embryology / Clinical Embryology / Reproductive Biology
Strong understanding of assisted reproductive technologies (ART)
Basic hands-on experience through internships, projects, or 0-1 year of work experience
Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinical environment
