We are looking for a motivated Junior Electrical Engineer to support our engineeringteam. In this role, you will assist in designing electrical systems, preparing CADdrawings, and managing material documentation. You will provide technical support forsite activities, assist with troubleshooting, and learn to oversee commissioning underthe guidance of senior staff. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-orientedprofessional to develop expertise in electrical system design and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Junior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Design Assistance: Supporting the design of LT and MV systems (up to 150 kW)and solar PV installations.
CAD Drafting: Preparing and updating electrical drawings in AutoCAD to ensurecompliance with IRS standards.
Site Support: Conducting regular site visits to monitor installation progress andreport on quality standards.
Documentation: Assisting in the preparation of drawings for IRS submission andupdating documents based on review comments.
BOM & Procurement: Creating preliminary Bills of Materials (BOMs) andassisting in sourcing quotes from vendors for components and control panels.
Cable Scheduling: Preparing basic cable schedules to ensure organizedmaterial management during installation.
Testing & Inspection: Assisting in the inspection of control panels and electricalsystems at various stages to ensure neatness and regulatory conformity.Requirements
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Electrical and ElectronicsEngineering (EEE).
Experience:
2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with stronginternship experience are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills:
Foundational knowledge of electrical design and proficiency inAutoCAD. Familiarity with Indian electrical standards is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong willingness to learn, effective communication skills, and theability to work collaboratively in a team
.
License: Eligibility for or possession of a basic electrical supervisory license isan advantage.
