Job Description

:

We are seeking a

Junior Electrical Engineer

to support electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of advanced manufacturing machines such as

VMC, CNC, Roll Milling, Wirecut, EDM, and Surface Grinding machines

. The candidate will assist in ensuring smooth machine operations, minimizing downtime, and supporting process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in

electrical installation, wiring, and commissioning

of new machines and fixtures. Perform

preventive and corrective maintenance

of VMC, CNC, Roll Milling, Wirecut, EDM, and Surface Grinding machines. Troubleshoot and repair

electrical/electronic faults

in control panels, drives, motors, sensors, PLC systems, and HMI units. Support in maintaining

machine safety systems, interlocks, and grounding

compliance. Assist in

calibration, testing, and inspection

of electrical equipment to ensure proper functionality. Coordinate with mechanical and process engineers for

machine upgrades and process improvements

. Maintain

documentation of maintenance activities, breakdown reports, and spare parts inventory

. Ensure compliance with

electrical safety standards and ISO/quality requirements

.

Skills & Competencies:

Basic knowledge of

electrical circuits, control panels, PLCs, sensors, and drives

. Understanding of

CNC/VMC machine electrical systems

. Ability to read and interpret

electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and machine manuals

. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with

MS Office, maintenance reporting, and documentation

. Strong teamwork, communication, and willingness to learn advanced automation concepts.

Pay: ?10,692.60 - ?29,474.65 per month
