Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated Junior Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in factory or industrial settings. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving electrical systems and machinery to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment and control systems.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of factory electrical infrastructure.
Support senior engineers in diagnosing faults and implementing corrective actions.
Monitor energy usage and suggest efficiency improvements.
Maintain documentation of electrical systems, schematics, and maintenance logs.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.
Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
1-2 years of experience working in a factory or industrial environment.
Familiarity with PLCs, motors, drives, and industrial automation systems.
Basic understanding of electrical safety protocols and standards.
