We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

eLearning Developer

with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing interactive digital learning content. The ideal candidate will be proficient with leading authoring tools and have a strong grasp of instructional design principles, multimedia integration, and LMS compatibility. This role involves translating instructional content into visually engaging and effective eLearning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Course Development:

Design and develop interactive eLearning modules, quizzes, and learning paths using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, or iSpring Suite.

Animation & Video Production:

Create animated learning videos and visual storytelling content using Vyond or Animaker.

Graphic Design:

Use Adobe Illustrator to create custom graphics, icons, and layouts to support learning content.

Content Implementation:

Transform raw content and storyboards from instructional designers or subject matter experts into engaging, instructionally sound eLearning solutions.

Media Integration:

Integrate audio, video, animations, and interactive elements to enhance the learner experience.

Testing & Compatibility:

Ensure all eLearning content is SCORM/xAPI compliant, mobile-responsive, and compatible with LMS platforms.

Collaboration:

Work closely with instructional designers, multimedia teams, and project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and content quality.

Documentation & Maintenance:

Maintain organized project files, version control, and reusable templates and assets for scalability and consistency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in eLearning content development Proficiency in: + Articulate Storyline 360 / Rise 360
+ Vyond or Animaker (for animated video creation)
+ Adobe Illustrator (for custom graphics and visuals)
+ Adobe Captivate or iSpring Suite
Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, TalentLMS) Basic audio and video editing skills using tools such as Audacity, Camtasia, or similar Understanding of instructional design principles (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy) Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management Excellent communication and teamwork skills
