Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage our online product listings, coordinate order processing, and enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and a passion for online retail.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) and the company website. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team. Ensure timely order processing, returns management, and customer service coordination. Assist in running promotions, pricing updates, and campaign management. Coordinate with design and content teams for banners, images, and product descriptions. Generate regular reports on sales, performance metrics, and stock status. Stay updated with marketplace policies, trends, and competitors' activities. Basic handling of social media and digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) is a plus.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA/B.Com preferred). Basic knowledge of MS Excel and E-commerce platforms. Good communication and coordination skills. Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. Prior internship or experience in e-commerce is a plus but not mandatory.
