Job Description

E-Commerce Executive will assist in managing the company's online sales channels, ensuring product listings, pricing, promotions, and content are optimized across e-commerce platforms. The role focuses on supporting daily operations, order management, and data tracking to improve online visibility and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Upload and manage product listings, descriptions, and images across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, Shopify, etc.). Monitor product stock, pricing, and promotional offers regularly. Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery. Track and analyze sales reports, return rates, and customer feedback. Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns and festive promotions. Ensure brand consistency and compliance with marketplace guidelines. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues on time. Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and product updates. Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor pricing, and new platform features.
