Skills & Competencies



Core / Required Skills:



2-3 years of hands-on experience working in ECM/document management domain (deployment, configuration or support). Strong understanding of content management concepts: document lifecycle, versioning, workflows, retention/archival, metadata, search & retrieval. Basic integration awareness: linking ECM systems with other enterprise platforms (ERP, finance systems, etc.). Good analytical skills - ability to understand business processes, map to system workflows, propose solutions. Solid communication skills in English (both verbal & written) - able to interface with business users, document requirements and deliver user training. Team player, flexible, willing to adapt to changing requirements, able to work in hybrid/office environment.

Desirable Skills / Nice to Have:



Exposure to one or more mainstream ECM platforms (for example: OpenText Content Server, Microsoft SharePoint, EMC Documentum) or similar systems. Basic understanding of ERP/finance/controlling systems (since hybrid role may involve ECM linked to business systems) Experience in user support or help-desk environment for ECM/document systems Awareness of data governance, records management, compliance/retention policies Ability to assist in configuration rather than purely support - some interest or willingness to develop build/config skills

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
