Junior Doctor (Ayurveda / Homeopathy) - Assistant Role

Clinic: Derma Centre, Pune

Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Type: Full-time | Minimum 2-year commitment

About the Role

We are hiring a BAMS or BHMS doctor (internship completed) to work as a long-term clinical assistant under a senior dermatologist. This is not an observership or short-term role. We are looking for someone sincere, grounded, and mature -- who genuinely wants to grow within a reputed setup and contribute meaningfully over time.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in daily OPD: history taking, coordination, and patient prep

Maintain EMR entries and assist in documenting treatment plans

Communicate calmly and clearly with patients and clinic team

Uphold clinic protocol, punctuality, and professional behavior

Observe dermatology practices and support clinic operations as needed

You Should Apply If You Are

A BAMS or BHMS graduate (internship done)

Fluent in Marathi, Hindi & basic English

Open to learning and following structured SOPs

Not planning to start your own clinic in the near future

Emotionally stable, sincere, and loyal in nature

Comfortable working in a clinical hierarchy with humility

Minimum 2-year commitment is mandatory.

Salary will reflect attitude, discipline, and alignment.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
