Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Salary : 7k to 8k (negotiable)

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive for Bairagarh location to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and search engine optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, SEO, etc.)

2. Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI

3. Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to inform digital marketing strategies

4. Create engaging content for social media and other digital platforms

5. Monitor and report on digital marketing metrics (website traffic, engagement rates, conversion rates, etc.)

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, sales, product) to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives

7. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

2. Proven experience in digital marketing (social media, email, SEO, etc.)

3. Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and metrics

4. Excellent content creation and copywriting skills

5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

7. Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads, etc.)

Nice to Have:

1. Certification in digital marketing (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.)

2. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms (MAPs)
