The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns that promote the company's products and services. The role requires creativity, data analysis, and a deep understanding of digital marketing tools and trends to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation across digital channels.
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other paid platforms.
Monitor ROI and KPIs for all marketing activities and recommend optimization strategies.
2. SEO & Content Marketing
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic visibility.
Coordinate with content teams to produce SEO-friendly content for blogs, websites, and landing pages.
Track and analyze website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console.
3. Social Media Management
Manage daily operations of social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
Develop creative and engaging content calendars.
Monitor audience engagement, respond to queries, and analyze performance metrics.
4. Analytics & Reporting
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports with actionable insights.
A/B test creatives, landing pages, and ads to optimize results.
5. Collaboration & Support
Work closely with the design, content, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and technology.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email, Display Advertising).
Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
Creativity and ability to think strategically.
Time management and multitasking skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
0-1 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools (preferred).
