Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and management of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, website, etc.).
- Support the development of content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and other digital channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console and social media insights, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that can inform marketing strategies.
- Help manage and update the company website and social media accounts.
- Collaborate with the design team to create engaging visuals for digital campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing tools, and best practices.
- Communicate comfortably with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Manage leads generated through marketing efforts, ensuring effective follow-up and conversion strategies.
- Gather data and clean leads to maintain an organized database for future marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience of 1 - 2 years in digital marketing or a related field.
- Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and best practices.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of graphic design tools is a plus.
