Key Responsibilities1. Digital Campaign Support
Assist in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.
Support SEO and SEM efforts to improve website visibility and traffic.
2. Content Creation & Management
Help create engaging content for social media, blogs, email newsletters, and websites.
Schedule and manage posts across social media channels.
Coordinate with designers and content teams to develop marketing assets.
3. Social Media Management
Support daily social media activities including posting, responding to comments/messages, and community engagement.
Track trends and suggest creative content ideas to increase brand presence.
4. Website & SEO Support
Assist in updating website content using CMS tools (e.g., WordPress).
Perform basic keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
Support link-building and on-page optimization tasks.
5. Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze data from Google Analytics, social media insights, and other marketing platforms.
Generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness.
6. Email Marketing
Assist in creating email campaigns and newsletters.
Manage subscriber lists and segment audiences.
Track email performance metrics.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, social media, PPC, email marketing).
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, or similar platforms (preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and willingness to learn new tools.
Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop).
Experience with social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS.
Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.).
