Job Description

We are seeking a talented and strategic Junior Digital Marketing executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about connecting with teens and youth audiences and driving engagement through various digital channels. This role will be responsible for social media management, search engine optimization, and planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns targeted toward this demographic for lead generation and spreading brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:



Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords. Creatively engage in for creating original text and video content, manage posts, and respond to followers. Manage our company and clients image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. We expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company's views creatively. Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns aimed at engaging teens and youth, aligning with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines. Utilize market research and insights to understand target audience behaviours, preferences, and trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop campaign strategies and messaging that resonate with teens and youth. Manage all aspects of campaign execution, including budget allocation, creative development, scheduling, and tracking. Monitor campaign performance and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders, and allocate leads through the Lead Management System while observing the quality of leads based on feedback. Optimize campaigns based on performance data, A/B testing, and industry best practices to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement. Coordinate with clients and vendors as needed to support campaign execution.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree along with certification in Digital Marketing or related field. Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management and audience targeting. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console or similar platforms. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Creative thinker with a passion for understanding and engaging with youth culture. Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Additional Qualifications:



Experience working in the education industry or similar youth-oriented industries. Certification in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other relevant digital marketing platforms.
