The Junior Digital Marketer will assist in executing online marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, increase website traffic, and generate leads. The role involves managing social media accounts, running paid ad campaigns, optimizing content for SEO, and supporting various digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and email marketing.
Manage daily posting and engagement activities on company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Support SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink building.
Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and others.
Help create and optimize digital content -- posts, ads, blogs, videos, and promotional materials.
Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure branding consistency.
Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing.
Assist in lead generation and CRM updates.
Track marketing budgets and assist in preparing reports and performance presentations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
6 month of experience in digital marketing (internship or project experience acceptable).
Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Canva.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Creative mindset and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of WordPress or website CMS.
Basic understanding of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
