Roles and Responsibilities

Assist in creating, scheduling, and optimizing social media content across platforms. Perform keyword research and optimize content for SEO/SEM. Analyze website traffic and provide actionable insights using Google Analytics. Support paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.). Research digital trends and competitors for creative ideas. Collaborate with creative and design teams for campaign execution. Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics. Conducting market research and competitor analysis. Analyzing and reporting on digital marketing metrics . Analyze social media content and provide recommendations for enhancing Instagram and YouTube channel management, YouTube Community Management, WhatsApp Community Management

What we're looking for

Should have at least 6 months or above experience working in an advertising/ Digital Marketing Agency or similar organization Knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and analytics tools. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools (a plus). Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Eagerness to learn, adapt, and bring fresh ideas to the table. Candidates from nearby or willing to relocate.
