Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive with a background in sales and marketing to help expand our customer base, promote our residential and commercial projects, and increase sales conversions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the local real estate market, and the drive to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and nurture leads through online and offline channels.

Promote current and upcoming real estate projects to potential buyers and investors.

Conduct site visits, presentations, and meetings with prospective clients.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.

Coordinate with the marketing team to run campaigns, social media promotions, and local events.

Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotations based on client needs.

Keep track of market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.

Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and prepare sales reports.

Work collaboratively with the project, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth customer experience.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.

0-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, construction, or property development.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Knowledge of local property market and regulations is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
