We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented
Digital Marketing Executive
with hands-on experience in executing and managing digital marketing campaigns for
IT products, SaaS solutions, ERP systems, and digital marketing services
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
lead generation, LinkedIn B2B marketing, social media marketing, Meta & Google Ads management
, and supporting business growth through data-driven digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Digital Campaign Execution
Generate qualified leads through
organic and paid digital marketing channels
.
Support lead generation through
email marketing, landing pages, and social media campaigns
.
Assist in building and maintaining a strong digital lead pipeline.
2. LinkedIn B2B Marketing & Social Media Lead Generation
Execute
LinkedIn B2B marketing strategies
for inbound and outbound lead generation.
Use
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
for prospect research, audience targeting, and lead nurturing.
Generate organic leads via
LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
.
Engage with audiences through posts, comments, messages, and community participation.
Coordinate with internal teams to align social content with lead-generation objectives.
3. Meta & Google Ads Management
Plan, create, and manage campaigns on
Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
.
Execute and optimize
Google Ads
campaigns (Search, Display, and basic Performance campaigns).
Monitor campaign performance, CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROAS.
Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad copies to improve results.
Prepare basic performance reports and share insights with the team.
4. Client Coordination & Campaign Support
Support client communication related to digital campaigns and performance updates.
Understand client objectives and assist in proposing suitable digital marketing solutions.
Coordinate with design, content, and performance teams for smooth campaign execution.
5. CRM, Reporting & Follow-ups
Maintain lead and campaign data in CRM or internal tracking tools.
Ensure timely follow-ups on inbound leads generated through digital channels.
Track campaign performance and maintain documentation for analysis.
6. Market Research & Digital Strategy Support
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
Research competitors, keywords, and audience behavior to improve campaign strategies.
Share insights and recommendations to enhance marketing performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
1+ year of experience
in Digital Marketing or Lead Generation roles.
Hands-on experience with
Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
.
Working knowledge of
LinkedIn B2B marketing and Sales Navigator
.
Strong understanding of
social media platforms for organic lead generation
.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of
SEO, SMM, and Performance Marketing
.
Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Proficiency in
MS Office, CRM tools, and marketing dashboards
.
