Your Mission



We are seeking a detailed-oriented offshore QA Engineer to support quality assurance activities for our projects involving Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Workfront Fusion integrations. This role will focus on validating workflow, integrations, and web content delivery to ensure robust, high-quality solutions for our end users.



What You'll Do

Design & Automate Workflows:

Build advanced automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Platform, and Spotfire to streamline business processes and reduce manual effort.

Develop Applications:

Create scalable web and desktop applications leveraging C#, .NET, Blazor, Firebase, and Python.

Collaborate Across Teams:

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-impact digital tools.

Enhance Data Accessibility:

Implement SQL-based data integrations, dashboards, and reporting tools for real-time insights.

Lead Agile Delivery:

Serve as SCRUM Master or team lead to ensure transparent sprint planning, roadmap execution, and iterative improvement.

Support IT Systems:

Oversee IT infrastructure tasks such as hardware configuration, security systems integration, and technical troubleshooting.

Drive Innovation in Pharma/Quality Ops:

Support validated forms, metadata automation, and compliance-focused digital tools in regulated environments.



What You Bring

Technical Expertise:

Programming:

C, C++, C#, Java, Python, HTML/CSS/JS.

Frameworks:

.NET, Blazor, Firebase.

Tools:

Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI/Spotfire), Git/GitHub, Snowflake.

Problem-Solving Mindset:

Ability to identify inefficiencies and deliver automation that reduces time and cost (e.g., reducing 4-hour wait times to 15 seconds).

Agile Leadership:

Experience as a SCRUM Master guiding Agile teams, managing sprints, and ensuring timely delivery of features.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Proven ability to work with SMEs, IT, and Quality teams to define problem statements and build solutions.

Process Optimization:

Strong track record of building tools for record tracking, metadata automation, and resource planning that improve efficiency by 70%+.

Adaptability:

Hands-on experience in both academic and corporate environments, from leading student projects to delivering enterprise-grade pharma solutions.

Compliance Awareness:

Knowledge of IT audits, regulatory compliance, and validated system requirements.
