Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about technology, talent evaluation, and creating structured technical content. You will play a key role in assessing candidate capabilities, designing technical assessments, and supporting internal talent initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Conduct technical screening and evaluate candidates based on skills and requirements. Review and validate technical assessments completed by others for accuracy and quality. Design, create, and regularly update technical assessments for different IT roles. Develop and maintain detailed technical profiles for candidates. Create technical case studies to support recruitment and capability evaluation processes.
Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Fundamental understanding of software engineering concepts and IT technologies. Ability to evaluate technical skills and understand technical documentation. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (preferred). Internship or basic exposure to IT domain will be an advantage, but not mandatory.
