Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Engineer with around 1 year
of experience to support our corporate IT infrastructure. The role involves handling end-user
support, basic server and network troubleshooting, hardware setup, and coordinating with
Vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Roles & Responsibilities

• Support management of on-prem servers (Windows Server 2016/2019/2025) under senior guidance.

• Monitor systems and applications and report abnormal behavior.

• Provide day-to-day hardware and network support to users.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

• Perform fresh OS installations and troubleshoot hardware breakdown issues.

• Provide remote support using tools like AnyDesk, TeamViewer, VNC, etc.

• Handle user tickets related to IT issues (hardware, software, network).

• Assist with setup of routers, switches, and basic firewall configurations.

• Support basic Active Directory tasks: user creation, password reset, group assignment.

• Assist in Office 365, Outlook (2016/2019), and SharePoint troubleshooting.

• Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacement and issue resolution.

• Maintain IT asset inventory records.

• Assist users with simple, step-by-step technical guidance.

• Create and update basic technical documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• 1 year of experience in Desktop Support / IT Support role

• Basic knowledge of Windows Server and desktop OS

• Basic understanding of AD, DNS, DHCP

• Desktop/Laptop/Printer installation & troubleshooting

• Basic networking concepts (IP, LAN, router, switch)

• Familiarity with Office 365 and Outlook troubleshooting

• Basic antivirus configuration and troubleshooting

• Knowledge of remote support tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc.)

• Awareness of backup concepts (hands-on is a plus)
