Job Description

Salt Studio is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Designer to support both custom (made to measure) orders and seasonal collections. You'll collaborate closely with the design and production teams to bring ideas to life while maintaining our brand's aesthetic and quality.

Roles & Responsibilities

Consult clients, suggest designs and fabrics, and manage made-to-order process. Sketch custom pieces and prepare detailed spec sheets. Prepare an estimated garment costing Coordinate with tailors and embroiders for timely execution. Assist in fittings, styling, and alterations. Contribute to seasonal collections, mood boards, and trend research. Support photoshoots, exhibitions, and quality checks. Maintain fabric, swatch, and sample libraries.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design Strong design, sketching, and fabric knowledge. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop is a plus. Good communication, organization, and time management skills. Passionate about craft, detail, and contemporary design

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
