Be the Designer for a set of customers, from the first meeting to order booking to design finalization. Collaborate with the customer, understand their requirements, and give them the best design solution for their home, including but not limited to, quoting, detailed designing and getting production drawings ready for Focus on, prioritise and execute multiple design.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary designer for assigned customers from initial consultation to final order booking and design finalization. Understand customer requirements and provide personalized, functional, and visually appealing design solutions. Use AutoCAD and Google SketchUp software to create detailed designs and production-ready drawings. Ensure all designs are executable on-site with minimal issues through practical and efficient planning. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects within defined TAT (Turnaround Time). Track and analyse key metrics such as sales conversions, customer satisfaction, and project timelines. Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization and time management.
Key skills

Residential Interior Design Experience

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on work in residential projects.

AutoCAD

- Proficiency in creating precise design and technical drawings.

Google SketchUp

- Ability to create 3D models and design visualizations.

Interior Design Diploma/Degree

- Minimum 2-year diploma or equivalent in Interior Design or Architecture.

Site Execution Knowledge

- Practical understanding of on-site feasibility and execution of designs.

Customer-Centric Approach

- Ability to understand client needs and propose functional yet aesthetic solutions.

Strong Communication Skills

- Ability to clearly communicate ideas, designs, and pricing in English.

Project Management Basics

- Capable of handling multiple projects with attention to deadlines and customer satisfaction.
