Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective patients to inform them about Clove Dental's services and offers. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, online inquiries, or walk-ins. Schedule appointments for dental consultations across Clove Dental clinics. Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly. Handle patient queries professionally and provide accurate information. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and appointment targets. Gather feedback from patients and contribute to improving service quality. Coordinate with the clinic operations and marketing team for smooth lead conversion.
