Key accountabilities:

Analyze and interpret data from various sources, using data science methods like data assembly, cleansing, validation, and visualization to address business requirements Apply statistical modeling, supervised and unsupervised machine learning, and mathematical
programming to build predictive models and solutions


Communicate findings and predictions effectively through data visualizations and reports Create and iterate on prototypes, validating designs with business SMEs and ensuring alignment with requirements Collaborate with software development teams to ensure the implementation of designs meets
expectations through testing and inspections


Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and maintain a personal education plan for ongoing development in technology and solution architecture.

Skills and Experience:

Graduate with a strong interest in Data Science, and proficiency in scripting, preferably with SQL Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong project management, organizational, and analytical abilities Highly technical, motivated, and collaborative, able to work autonomously or within a team in a fast paced environment Attention to detail and strong personal management skills Familiarity with the Data Science life cycle, including data collection, hypothesis testing, exploratory data analysis, and feature engineering Fair knowledge in at least one data science tool (e.g., R, Python, Spark) and familiar with data
visualization tools like Tableau, D3.js, and Gplot


Understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms (e.g., logistic regression, KNN, decision trees, SVM, CNN) and basic applied statistics.

Education:

* Masters/bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or information technology
