Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in Tableau to support business teams with data insights, dashboards, and reports. The role involves working with data sets, performing analysis, and presenting findings to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources for analysis. Develop, update, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in

Tableau

. Perform data analysis and generate actionable insights to support business operations. Assist senior analysts and management with ad-hoc data requirements and reporting. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data. Prepare regular MIS reports, performance trackers, and visual presentations. Ensure accuracy, data integrity, and timely delivery of reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, operations, marketing etc.).

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of

Tableau

(Dashboard creation, Data visualization, Calculated fields). Good understanding of

Excel/Advanced Excel

(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). Basic knowledge of SQL preferred. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail with strong numerical aptitude. Good communication and presentation skills.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics / Statistics / Computer Science / Mathematics / Commerce / Engineering or relevant field.

Additional Advantage (Preferred but not Mandatory)

Experience with Power BI, Python, or R. Knowledge of database concepts. Experience in handling large data sets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Mumbai Central, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
